REFUNDS POLICY
If for some reason you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase you may return all UNWORN, UNDAMAGED items within 30 days of the dispatch date. Items must be returned in their original condition, with their original tags and no sign of stains or odours.
How to return:
Email Securethebaglondon@gmail.com your STB order number along with photos of the following items:
Clothing with tags, and the packaging. This is to check the perfect condition of the items as this can hurt the validity of the exchange.
After everything has been checked, you will be sent a return form to print, fill out and return with the items. It is important you fill out all the boxes on the form & ship back using a cheap tracked service.

How long till the return is processed?
Returns are usually processed within 2-3 working days whether it is a refund or an exchange.
Processed exchanges will include tracking numbers via email & refunds usually take up to 10 working days (Depending on your bank).
Any item(s) returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Secure The Bag Ldn.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon recieving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. (while refund is being processed)
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
